Your room is part of a modern 4-bedroom apartment located in a twelve floor building. Yes, you will be living with three other students/young professionals which are just as excited as you to meet new people! The apartment can be reached by lift or stairs. Your room is recently renovated and foreseen with furnish and utilities; - Desk and chair - Closet - Bed and mattress - Mirror - Heating - Electricity - Wifi or cable internet - Towels and bedsheets are not included. You will be sharing the toilet, bathroom and kitchen with your fellow housemates. In the bathroom you can take a hot shower and put your laundry in the washing machine. Don’t worry, you can dry your clothes with the dryer in the common storage room where you can also store your groceries. The kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare whatever you want; - Fridge - Freezer - Microwave/oven - Stove - Dishwasher Via the kitchen you have also access to a shared balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the weather. If you have a bicycle you can put it safely away in a small shed on the ground floor. You can park your car on the buildings parking place. Check out all the pictures to get a better impression! Location: - Nearby locations to the apartment are as followed. - Five minutes walking to metro station “schenkel”. - Two metro stops to the Erasmus university or +/- 15 minutes cycling. - Two metro stops to Rotterdam Alexandrium to get some food or do some shopping. - Ten minutes walking for your groceries at supermarket Jumbo. - Other university campuses are easily reached by bicycle or public transport.
